GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the processing time?

Please allow 3 to 5 days for order processing. Custom or group orders have a longer processing time, which can vary between 2 and 3 weeks, although it could be shorter or longer depending on availability. Each order is carefully crafted to ensure the quality of every product.

Do you offer exchanges and/or returns?

We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns. All items are made to order. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

What are the t-shirt sizes?

Our t-shirts are unisex. They run a little larger than a standard women's shirt. For a fitted feel, we recommend ordering one size down from your usual size. If you prefer a looser fit, or if you plan to tie it at the side, we recommend choosing your usual size. We always recommend checking our size chart.

How do I care for my glasses/cups?

All GLASSWARE and METAL GLASSWARE:

Hand wash only in cold/warm water and air dry. Not suitable for dishwashers or microwaves. Clean with non-abrasive sponges to avoid scratches. An information card is included with every order.

If a sale starts after I've placed my order, will I get a refund for the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is on sale with a 10% discount a few hours after you place your order, you will not be refunded the 10% difference.

What are the care instructions for the shirts?

For garments, wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. Detailed instructions are included with each shirt.

What are the measurements and sizes of the shirts?

When and how will I see the charge on my card?

Your card will be charged as soon as you complete the order. You will see the entry listed as "SP MIKARTE CREATIONS".

What are the shipping times?

Delivery time excludes processing time. Shipments are made via USPS and can take between 2 days and 2 weeks. You will always receive a tracking number for your package via email. Please remember that USPS delivery times are beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please email us with your order number to orders@mikartecreations.com and we will begin investigating it as soon as possible.

What do I do if my package is returned due to an incomplete address?

Please email us at orders@mikartecreations.com with your order number, and we can resend it immediately after shipping fees are paid. If the address error is the customer's responsibility, the customer must pay the shipping fee.

What do I do if my package hasn't moved for a while?

According to the USPS, we must allow 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for a lost package. Please email us if you haven't seen any movement on your order within this timeframe, and we can resend it.
